The goal was to introduce fresh ideas that enhanced storytelling and reinforced key strategic messages, all while maintaining compliance and meeting tight publication deadlines.  

With multiple stakeholders and moving parts, the challenge lay in managing a highly detailed process while crafting a cohesive, visually engaging narrative that reflected BHP’s global presence and strategic direction. 

The 2025 reporting suite retained the clean, professional tone established in 2024, with a focus on clarity and accessibility. Aligning with this year’s messaging, graphic treatments were used to highlight key information and enhance visual impact, while accommodating extensive content within an established structure. Infographics and highlight sections were revisited and refreshed, ensuring clearer communication of complex data.  

To manage the scale and complexity of the suite, we assembled a dedicated BHP team, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery. This structure enabled efficient workflow management, high-quality output and strict adherence to regulatory deadlines across global markets.
